A milestone for Eurolyser in concerns of data management is the launch of bidirectional connectivity in order to connect a CUBE series instrument to diverse practice management software, HIS, LIMS using an ASTM protocol. Besides bidirectional data transfer, unidirectional data export via HL7 protocol will be easier than ever before.

This functionality will be available with
CUBE app version 4.1 (CUBE, CUBE-S) &
CUBE app version 4.0 (CUBE-VET).

The new bidirectional connectivity function allows a physician or veterinarian to request a measurement through practice management software. In the lab, this request will be shown on the CUBE instrument user interface, and the requested test will be processed by the lab technician. After measurement the result will be synced back to practise management software for evaluation.

Bidirectional connectivity is available for all instruments of the CUBE series (CUBE, CUBE-S and CUBE-VET).
